It all started with an E-Mail. In August 2020, Robert contacted the EIM Chair at TU Berlin to find out what was planned for the first week of his IMES studies and offered his help in organizing introduction events. Quickly, he received an answer from Pablo, who at the time was working for the Chair and studying IMES in the second semester. Their joint disappointment in a lack of plans for such an opening week was the spark needed to found this 100% student-driven organization.

Soon Jicky, Vanessa and Dominique joined their cause and have been putting their free time into building this community and making it sustainable in the long-term. Since then, every year a new team takes over the lead with passion, ambition and a clear vision to enable IMES students and alumni the best possible experience.
